Hi, my name's Amy and I've recently started here at About Loyalty, but chances are, if you've emailed in recently - we've spoken!
I feel like I’ve joined kindred spirits in Richard and Roger – and the entire About Loyalty family as I’ve spent the last 10 years striving to offer supporters the best experience possible in the charities where I have worked, and now I’m really excited to have the chance to help other charities to do the same.
My heart is that when people spend time with About Loyalty, they would come away inspired, encouraged, and empowered to ever better the incredible work they already do and to better understand those that support them.
That’s why I’m excited to have started at About Loyalty. In just a few short weeks I have already met so many inspiring people who share my (and Richard and Roger’s) passion for creating these inspiring experiences. To have the chance to work with so many fantastic charities giving their supporters a great experience is a dream come true.
So, what will I be doing? Well, we’re only small, so a little bit of everything! But in particular it will be my role to make sure that if you work with us then, as a client, you are always completely happy with any relationship you have with us. I’ll be striving to give you such an excellent experience with us that you'll always want to come back for more!
And I’ll be leading on our large-scale research projects. Science and insight sit at the heart of all About Loyalty does, and all the recommendations we make for clients so it’s essential that we get this right, providing accurate, timely and practical insights and recommendations.
