And Joe is here to share what they have found.

Connecting the dots: embedding supporter experience into Mind’s organisational strategy

In this session, Katie will share how getting some disappointing loyalty scores became an opportunity to build support for a focused strategy that would improve supporter experience. Katie will share how supporter feedback showed that treating supporters well was critical to both Mind's ability to deliver its mission and its financial sustainability.

And we are delighted to welcome Ken Burnett, Co-Founder, The Commission on Donor Experience and best-selling author of Relationship Fundraising, as our keynote speaker to kick off the afternoon. Ken is an inspirational speaker and author of several books on donor development and communication, including his best-seller, Relationship Fundraising (first published 1992, third fully revised edition published 2024) described by professor Adrian Sargeant as “The most influential, beautifully written and warm text in fundraising”. Ken believes fundraising done well really can enrich the lives of donors, fundraisers and everyone engaged in the issues and causes that together they transform around the world. But to do that, fundraisers first have to change fundraising itself.
