  • The importance of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) – Isha Sadiq, Senior Internal DEI Consultant, EW Group – What do we mean by EDI? Why its important in the charity sector and what are the barriers to inclusion?

 

  • Kind leadership – Shahida Aslam, Director of Operations, Helena Kennedy Foundation – Shahida will share her personal experiences and thoughts on leadership and the positive impact this can have on teams and the experiences they offer supporters.

 

  • Legacy case study: Barnardo’s – A case study looking at how collaboration created a top-drawer legacy campaign for Barnardo’s from Sarah Dalling, Senior Legacy Marketing Manager, and Lucy Richardson, Legacy Marketing Manager.

 

  • Charity roundtable discussion – Senior leaders Tracey Pritchard, Director of Engagement and Income Generation, RSPCA, and Paul Amadi, Chief Supporter Officer, British Red Cross reflect on their personal experiences of collaboration to deliver better supporter experiences.
