Job summary

At About Loyalty, we create unique and powerful insights for charities that demonstrate the value and vital importance of an excellent supporter experience - and its impact on audience lifetime value.


By providing the tools and techniques to understand and measure the supporter experience, we work closely with charities to help them turn these insights into action, growing supporter loyalty and nurturing sustainable, long-term support that makes real change in the world. 

That's where you come in.

We’re looking to recruit a Supporter Experience Lead who will pull our insights, expertise and excellent customer service together:

  • You will help charities to put practical and achievable plans in place, based on the insights we discover through our research, that will improve their supporter experience and demonstrate the positive impact of growing loyalty on long-term income.

  • You will have a rich and stimulating workload, working with a wide range of charities on different challenges and opportunities.

  • To achieve this, you will be supremely organised, adaptable and proficient - an excellent planner with a drive for delivering excellent client experiences.
