Insights from the Q&A
Thank you to everyone who joined us and took part in the Q&A.
We shared some of your questions with the team at SCHF to provide further insight into their campaign which grew donor retention from 39% to 54%:
1) Who received thank you and engagement calls?
SCHF focused their calls on donors who gave $500 and above. These were not limited to first time donors.
2) Is the third gift tied to a timeframe, such as within a year?
No. There is no set timeframe. The third donation itself is treated as the turning point.
3) Did anyone push back on receiving an optional thank you gift for their third donation?
There has been no negative feedback so far. That said, not many supporters choose to opt in to receive the gift.
