Loyalty Day 2019

The third annual Loyalty Day is here, and we’re excited to have this opportunity to     share our latest research and bring together some expert speakers from outside of the fundraising sector. We’d love you to be there.

As you’d expect, we’ll be sharing our thoughts on growing supporter loyalty. We now have over 100,000 people who have completed our loyalty surveys across 20 different charities and we’ll be sharing the latest insights and tips from this.

This year we have three expert speakers sharing their experiences on how understanding motivations and emotions are the key factors in delivering exceptional consumer experiences and growing loyalty. Their brief is to challenge and inspire you.
