Ho, ho, ho, it's the most wonderful time of the year again!
As the year draws to a close, we’ll be reviewing the lessons learned from another year of measuring and improving the supporter experience in The Chase Index. We’ll explore what the challenges and opportunities facing us in the new year might look like. And, of course, we'll have lots of fun and games in the form of Roger’s Christmas Quiz 🎅
After the workshop, do join us for an afternoon Christmas lunch at a nearby venue. More details will be released closer to the time.
