About Loyalty, the world’s only specialist supporter experience agency, is looking for someone to manage and deliver our ground-breaking The Chase Index.
In this role, you’ll lead end-to-end research projects for global charity clients, coordinating surveys, analysing supporter data, and uncovering insights to guide their strategies. You’ll ensure smooth processes, secure data handling and excellent stakeholder engagement across multiple charities.
