Now in its ninth year, Loyalty Day is free, virtual conference, bursting with practical tips, expert insights, and proven strategies for optimising your supporter experience.
This year's theme, the future of supporter experience, invites you to join us as we imagine a future where the supporter experience is prioritised across every organisation. Where happier supporters, who feel loved, valued and appreciated are giving more, and giving for longer.
The result? More income, more impact, and more positive change in the world.
The programme is now confirmed, so read on for a taster of what to expect...
The programme for Loyalty Day 2025
The people behind our people power: understanding the drivers of
supporter engagement across the global Greenpeace network

With Joe White, Fundraising and Supporter Experience Manager, Greenpeace International
Greenpeace International has embarked on the journey to understand, in depth, what motivates donors across the global Greenpeace network: what creates long-term engagement and value and, therefore, what should be embedded at the heart of each offices supporter experiences. And Joe is here to share what they have found.
Connecting the dots: embedding supporter experience into Mind’s organisational strategy
With Katie Mitchell, Head of Supporter Engagement, Mind

In this session, Katie will share how getting some disappointing loyalty scores became an opportunity to build support for a focused strategy that would improve supporter experience.
You will hear about how Mind responded by building supporter experience into the organisation strategy and, scariest of all, committed to a specific target based entirely on supporter feedback.
Katie will share some of the challenges along the way, working out what was possible and connecting the dots to determine what would have the greatest impact for supporters and for Mind's mission.
Making shift happen: how donor retention and loyalty became everyone’s business at SCHF
With: Tanya Sarina, Director of Donor Experience, Tess O'Sullivan, Head of Individual Giving, and Timothy Talty, Head of Donor and Patient Engagement, Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation

Discover how Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation brought donor retention and loyalty into the spotlight and turned supporter experience into an award-winning strength.
We’ll share the non-financial metrics shaping loyalty, the challenges we overcame along the way, and the lessons that shifted loyalty from team goal to organisational priority. Join us to explore the future role of supporter experience in building lasting donor connection and impact.
And we are delighted to welcome Ken Burnett, Co-Founder, The Commission on Donor Experience and best-selling author of Relationship Fundraising, as our keynote speaker to kick off the afternoon.

Ken is an inspirational speaker and author of several books on donor development and communication, including his best-seller, Relationship Fundraising (first published 1992, third fully revised edition published 2024) described by professor Adrian Sargeant as “The most influential, beautifully written and warm text in fundraising”.
Ken believes fundraising done well really can enrich the lives of donors, fundraisers and everyone engaged in the issues and causes that together they transform around the world.
But to do that, fundraisers first have to change fundraising itself.
