That's right: our free online conference dedicated to all things supporter experience is set to return on Thursday 20th November, from 14:00 - 17:00 GMT, and registrations are now open!
This year’s theme is: The future of supporter experience.
Together, we’re imagining a future where the supporter experience is prioritised across the organisation. Where supporters who feel loved, valued and appreciated are giving more, and giving for longer. Where charities can raise more income, deliver more impact, and make more positive change in the world.
Featuring a host of guest speakers, expert insights, and top tips, Loyalty Day is the place to connect with industry leaders, gain actionable strategies, and explore the critical role of supporter experience in fundraising success.
